今日第一次真正用會所既gym, 雖然只是跑步, 但常算ok  行了10分鐘熱身再跑, 一跑先知自己跑2分鐘就無力  真失禮  再行、跑, 最後”玩”了差不多30分鐘, 算是一個good start
